Before launching D&D Windows, David ran a marketing agency for seven years, where he honed the business strategy, branding, and operational discipline that would later fuel the engine of D&D. With deep expertise in operations, customer experience, and construction workflows, David has positioned D&D as a trusted trade partner for builders and developers across the region.

Chester Law

serves as the Senior Project Manager and Estimator at D&D Windows, bringing a strong background in communication and construction management to every project. A graduate of UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Chester is known for his attention to detail and organizational skill. Chester excels at keeping all phases of a project on track - from estimating and procurement to scheduling and closeout. His ability to stay ahead of the curve and coordinate across teams makes him a key asset to D&D Windows and the builders we partner with.

Victor Ramirez

is the Field Operations Manager at D&D Windows, where he oversees day-to-day jobsite activity and ensures smooth execution across all active projects. With experience managing up to 120 field personnel simultaneously, Victor brings a strong sense of leadership, coordination, and accountability to every build. He works closely with site superintendents to stay ahead of schedule changes, address issues as they arise, and keep crews aligned with project timelines. Known for his hands-on approach and responsiveness, Victor plays a critical role in maintaining quality and momentum in the field—no matter the project size.
